To preserve its beauty and performance, please review the care and maintenance guidelines below.

Immediately After Installation

During the first 48 hours following installation:

🦶 Keep foot traffic to a minimum.
🧹 Sweep to remove loose dirt or debris.
💧 Use only a pH-neutral floor cleaner — avoid any product containing polish, wax, or detergent.
🚫 Do not use vacuums with rotating beater bars.
🪑 Wait at least 24 hours before placing furniture on the floor.

Use Protective Floor Mats

Place high-quality entry mats at all exterior doors to trap dirt, sand, and oil before it reaches your floor.
Mats help prevent premature wear and maintain the finish.
Use additional mats in high-traffic or pivot areas, such as in front of sinks and stoves.
Avoid mats with rubber or latex backings, as these can cause discoloration.

Protect with Chair & Appliance Pads

Use large, non-staining floor protectors under furniture legs.
Replace small or metal glides with flat, smooth glides that stay in full contact with the floor.
Equip heavy furniture or appliances with flat non-staining casters or cups to prevent dents or marks.

Regular Maintenance

A consistent care routine helps your SPC flooring retain its natural look and durability:

🧹 Sweep or dust-mop daily to remove dirt and grit.
🧽 Wipe spills immediately.
🌤️ Limit prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Simple Cleaning Tips

Do:
✅ Sweep regularly to remove loose dirt and debris.
✅ Wipe up spills promptly.
✅ Clean with a pH-neutral floor cleaner (no polish or detergent).
✅ For small spills, use a pH-neutral cleaner and a dry white cloth — no rinsing required.

Don’t:
❌ Use harsh or abrasive chemicals.
❌ Use steam cleaners or excessive water.
❌ Use vacuums with beater bars or brushes.
